Albania Awards a Major Crude-Oil Sales Contract Covering 101,400 Tonnes

On 22 October, reports said state-owned Albpetrol had selected Europetrol Durrës and Bitex Refinery to purchase approximately 101,400 tonnes of crude oil, with deliveries scheduled over up to 12 months. Pricing is linked to a minimum of 77.51% of the Brent benchmark, subject to the auction’s pricing formula and additional costs; the final total value is therefore not a fixed published amount.
