Elering Launches €28.7 Million Tender for Electricity and Gas Crisis-Management Centre

On 26 October, Estonia’s electricity and gas system operator Elering launched a tender with an expected value of €28.7 million excluding VAT for a crisis-management centre. The project is intended to strengthen coordination and resilience across critical energy systems; the published estimate is a tender value, not a confirmed HPC contract. Energy operators and infrastructure contractors can explore system monitoring, resilience simulations and emergency-response analytics, while HPC can support high-performance technical workloads.
